What We Do

We don’t wait for our population of individuals experiencing homelessness to come to us; we go out to them where they are. By meeting them where they live our outreach workers are able to develop meaningful relationships with their clients so we can help them find a home.

Supporting Housing

Our goal is not to manage homelessness, but to end it. Our hope for every one of our clients experiencing homelessness is to place them into permanent supportive housing, where they will have a home to call their own forever. Our staff work with these individuals to help them obtain housing subsidies, and move into housing units they can call their own.

CTI

Once a client experiencing homelessness agrees to accept housing, we work with them to ease the transition back into normal society, through our Critical Time Intervention Program. Our CTI staff work individually with these clients to help them move into their housing, and stay in touch with them over the course of the first year of their housing.
